Just in time for the holiday season, Target has announced the grand opening of a new location in Lebanon County. Target plans to celebrate the official grand opening of the store, located at 1745 Quentin Road on Nov. 6, a spokesperson for the company told Daily Voice. Two girls might be on Santa's naughty list after they damaged ice sculptures at Ephrata Rail Station Plaza just a few days after they was installed for the holiday season, according to police. Ephrata Police were called to a report of girls damaging ice sculptures in the first block of East Main Street on Nov. 30 at 6:30 p.m., according to a release by police.
