Feds Charge Baltimore Prosecutor With Lying On COVID Withdrawal, Mortgage Documents A federal grand jury has charged Baltimore's top prosecutor with faking financial hardship on mortgage loan statements for two vacation homes and to make a COVID-related withdrawal from her retirement savings.
