Reports: DWI NJ Driver Wanted In Deadly Philly Uber Crash Nabbed By US Marshals A South Jersey man accused of driving drunk and causing the crash that killed a 21-year-old Uber passenger in Philadelphia was nabbed by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Monday morning, authorities said. Aaron Sims, 27, of Camden, was arrested in West Philadelphia after being on the run more than a year, and charged in the Jan. 25, 2020 death of West Virginia University student Chloe Robertson, 6abc reports.
