Bizarre: Murder Victim's Car Hits, Kills Motorist On Side Of I-95 In Delco, PSP Says (Update)
A gunshot victim was apparently unresponsive behind the wheel of his car when he struck and killed a man standing outside of his vehicle on the I-95 ramp to I-476 in Delaware County Friday night, Sept. 13.
The two-vehicle crash in the northbound lanes on the ramp to I-486 in Ridley Township was called in by a passerby, bringing Pennsylvania State Police troopers to the scene around 9:45 p.m., Trooper Paul Holdefer said.

A suspect surrendered to police in connection with a sexual assault in Philadelphia last month, authorities say.
Gary A. Miles, 35, is charged with indecent assault, indecent exposure, open lewdness, and harassment, said city police on Thursday morning, July 11.
