Central PA Man Impersonates Official, Wiretaps While Stalking: Police A Harrisburg man is accused of stalking, wiretapping, and impersonating a public servant in a series of alarming incidents, according to Lower Paxton police. Valedy Ross, 30, of Harrisburg, repeatedly called, texted, and emailed the victim without a legitimate purpose, authorities said in a release. Ross also allegedly placed a recording device inside the victim’s residence, capturing private conversations between the victim and others, police announced on Monday, Dec. 2.
