Wanted Bicyclist On Crack Cocaine Arrested Easter Sunday, Camp Hill Police Say A bicyclist making traffic violations was stopped by officers and discovered to be high on crack cocaine, Camp Hill police announced on April 1. The unidentified 28-year-old male cyclist from Dillsburg was pulled over by Camp Hill Police for a traffic stop "after vehicle code violations were observed at the intersection of North 33rd Street and Walnut Street," on Easter Sunday, March 31 at 11:04 p.m., as detailed in the release.
