Police investigators have named a suspect in the killing of Philadelphia mom Tatiana Vargas. Abiud Torres, 20, is wanted on homicide charges, PPD told Daily Voice. He is described as 5-foot-9 and 170 pounds and is considered armed and dangerous, according to detectives. A 35-year-old Philadelphia mom was fatally shot days before Christmas. Tatiana "Tati" Vargas was shot in the face and chest on the 3100 block of Hartville Street on Dec. 23, 2023, Philaelphia police said.
