Suspect 'Armed And Dangerous' After Shooting At American Legion In Montco: Police A 26-year-old man is in critical condition after shots rang out in the Ardmore American Legion Post on Monday evening, May 27 according to authorities.  Lower Merion police said 35-year-old Andrew McCutchen of Philadelphia is wanted in connection with the shooting.  Investigators believe McCutchen shot the victim multiple times inside the Legion around 7 p.m. then fled with another person in an SUV.
