A Lancaster City landlord has turned himself over to the police on charges related to a rape investigation, police announced on Tuesday, Sept. 24. C. Michael Rohrbach, 76, "was acting in the capacity of a landlord/property manager during the reported assault," in Oct. 2018, the Lancaster City Bureau of Police stated in the release and as dated in the court docket. A 27-year-old man has been charged with raping a woman he knew in Forks Township, authorities said on Wednesday, Sept. 18. Eddie Cary Colon was charged with felony rape by forcible compulsion and indecent assault by forcible compulsion, a misdemeanor, Fork Township police said in a press release.
