Armed Standoff Ends With Arrest In Horsham: Police (Update) One suspect was arrested following a barricade situation in Horsham on Tuesday morning, June 11, authorities say.  Police said they were called about a domestic dispute on Horseshoe Circle around 4:30 a.m. A woman fled her home and went to a neighbor's house, telling police she had been physically assaulted and threatened with a rifle, according to officials.  Officers were initially unable to make contact with the suspect and declared a barricade situation.
