12-Year-Old Bicyclist Struck By Vehicle In Camp Hill Intersection: Police A 12-year-old bicyclist suffered minor injuries after being struck by a vehicle in Camp Hill, police announced on Tuesday, Dec. 10. The collision happened at the intersection of N. 29th Street and Logan Street at about 3:02 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6, according to the Camp Hill Police Department. Police determined that the bicyclist was traveling south on N. 29th Street and entered the intersection in the path of an eastbound vehicle, resulting in the crash, authorities said. Bicyclist Struck In Lititz, Police Say A bicyclist was struck in Lititz on Tuesday, Aug. 20, the police announced at 2:56 p.m. that day.  The police were called to investigate the crash "involving a bicycle and a vehicle" around 11:21 a.m., as detailed in the release.  They learned a "bicyclist turned left at the intersection into the path of a vehicle traveling westbound resulting in a collision," police wrote in the release.  The crash happened at the intersection of East Sixth Street and Laurel Avenue in Lititz Borough.  No injuries were reported. There was also no word of any charges filed.

'Suspicious Fires' Have Carlisle Police Searching For Bicyclist A bicyclist is being sought as suspected arsonist, Carlisle Borough Police announced on Sunday, Aug. 11.  The search began after " a string of suspicious fires in the Borough," the police stated in the release.  The bicyclist pictured is "a person of interest," according to the police.  He is described as a white man between 20 and 30 years old, and he has been seen twice riding a bike with a white front.  He has been seen wearing khaki shorts and a long-sleeved dark shirt; and on a separate occasion, he was seen wearing a brown camo backpack and gray shorts, according…

Hit-run: Bicyclist Struck By SUV In Lititz, Police Say A bicyclist was the victim of a hit-and-run on Tuesday, June 4, the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police said.  NLCRPD Officers were called to the scene of the hit-and-run at Woodcrest Avenue and Millport Road in the area of Rohrer's Quarry in Lititz sometime before 10:30 a.m., department officials detailed in the release. Bicyclist Hurt In Lancaster County Hit-Run: Officials Bicyclist Hurt In Lancaster County Hit-Run: Officials
Bicyclist Hurt In Lancaster County Hit-Run: Officials East Lampeter police are searching for the driver who hit a bicyclist and fled the scene on May 8.  Authorities said an early 2000s model Dodge pickup truck or SUV hit the victim on the 100 block of East Main Street around 6 p.m. The crash knocked off the Dodge's passenger side mirror which was recovered from the scene, according to police.  The bicyclist was taken to an area hospital for treatment.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the East Lampeter Police Department on Crimewatch.
