27-Year-Old Killed In Northeast Philadelphia Motorcycle Crash: Officials A 27-year-old motorcyclist died after a crash in Philadelphia's Somerton neighborhood on Sunday night, July 7, according to city police.  The rider of a blue Suzuki motorcycle was headed north on Bustleton Avenue when he ran through a red light at Tomlinson Road, said crash investigators in a release. Critical Condition: 67-Year-Old Man Shot In Jaw, Chest, Philly PD Says A 67-year-old man is in the hospital in critical condition following a shooting, Philadelphia police announced on Saturday night.  The man was shot on the second-floor of the front room of a building in the 1700 block of North Gratz Street at 7:27 p.m. on June 29, as detailed in the release.  He "was shot multiple times, sustaining injuries to his jaw, right chest, and right back," police said.  The police took him to Temple Hospital where he remains in critical condition.  No weapon was recovered and no arrests have been made.  The investigation is ongoing.…

Bethlehem Shooting Sends Victim To Hospital In Critical Condition: Police City police are investigating a shooting in Bethlehem early Sunday morning, June 23. Authorities said they were called to the 1300 block of Fritz Drive just after 4 a.m. Officers arrived to find an adult man with a gunshot wound to the body and he was taken to an area hospital in critical condition, BPD said. His condition has since stabilized.  No arrests had been made as of Monday, June 24.
