The assault occurred between 1:30 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. in the 50 block of South High Street, according to the West Chester Borough Police Department. Jose David Baez Camacho was taken into custody after officers from the West Chester Borough Police Department responded to a call in the 200 block of East Market Street on Thursday, Nov. 14 at 9:37 p.m., according to a release.
