Jake Patrick Dilanzo, 32, of Chalfont, was arrested after police responded to a Target store after receiving reports of a man driving through the parking lot tossing clothing covered in feces out the window, according to the Warrington Township Police Department. Tolomello, who owned Pina's Pizza in Chalfont together with Gallina, previously pleaded guilty to shooting the 64-year-old in the head.  She was arrested in March 2022 after police found Gallina's body wrapped in a blue tarp in a bedroom of their shared Hilltown home.
