Philly Man Threatened Bucks Driver With Gun During Road Rage Incident: PD A Philadelphia man brandished a handgun at another driver after he was cut off in traffic on Sunday afternoon, Dec. 17, according to Warrington police.  Authorities said the victim was driving along Easton Road near Autozone around 2 p.m. when he accidentally cut off a man in a Hyundai sedan.  The Hyundai driver became enraged, pulling up alongside the victim and reaching into his glovebox to grab a black handgun, the victim told police.  The driver called police and relayed the Hyundai's license plate number, authorities said.
