Police Shoot Accused Robber, Rapist Fleeing Crime Scene: Lancaster DA A 36-year-old Middletown man who was shot by police while fleeing a robbery scene has been charged with several offenses, authorities said. Christopher Rivera is charged with multiple counts of robbery, rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and sexual assault, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office.
