Annville Man Threatened Father, Toddler With Harassing Messages In Hershey: Affidavit
An Annville man is accused of sending threatening messages to a father and his toddler, causing fear for their safety, police said in a criminal complaint Daily Voice received Monday, Nov. 18.
Christopher Jay Lancaster, 46, of Annville, allegedly alarmed the victim, identified as Sean Guay, by sending a photo of him pushing his toddler in a stroller on July 31, 2024, according to police.
