A Pennsylvania man is facing federal charges for the attempted murder and assault of a Drug Enforcement Administration agent during a shooting in Pittsburgh, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania announced on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2024.
Drew Gordon, 22, is accused of firing 18 shots at a DEA special agent in the Carrick area of Pittsburgh on Aug. 30, 2024. While the agent was unharmed, their vehicle was struck multiple times, federal investigators said.

A ghost gun manufacturer and trafficker based in Montgomery County was arrested, according to authorities.
Tahmeir Wilson, 24, of Upper Pottsgrove, is facing charges after police found two fully completed ghost guns and multiple gun parts in his home, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said in a Wednesday, Nov. 20 news release.
Investigators also found three drum magazines, multiple other magazines, numerous personally manufactured firearm lower pieces, and tools needed to privately manufacture firearms, the news release states.

A Lancaster County mother is accused of giving her teenage sons access to guns used in a September shootout, police announced on Friday, Nov. 15. One of those sons has also been charged in his cousin's murder.

A third person was arrested for the shooting death of a Berks County teen on Friday, Nov. 8, according to an affidavit.
Gavin Will, 17, of Reading, was charged for his role in the death of 19-year-old Christian Disla in the 1300 block of Muhlenberg Street on Monday, April 1, according to the affidavit.
