Delco Girl Murdered By Accused Serial Killer Buried In Unmarked Grave, Fund Says Jane Althoff was just 8 years old when she was killed at a Chester area carnival more than 70 years ago by an infamous alleged serial killer, according to organizers on GoFundMe.  Althoff went to the traveling fair in Trainer with her two brothers on April 25, 1951.
