Traffic Advisory Issued For Wreaths Across America Event In Upper Makefield: State Police Heavy traffic is expected in Upper Makefield Township during the Wreaths Across America event at Washington National Cemetery on Saturday, Dec. 14, Pennsylvania State Police announced. The event, which honors US veterans by placing 19,000 wreaths on their graves, will take place at 830 Highland Road in Bucks County. Second Tractor-Trailer Crash On PA Turnpike Interchange To Rt 283: PennDOT Yet another tractor-trailer rolled over on the interchange of Route 283 with the PA Turnpike on Thursday, Aug. 22, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The second tractor-trailer overturned on the ramp from Rt 283 West to the PA Turnpike/Interstate 76 South near the exit to the Harrisburg International Airport in Lower Swatara Township. This crash happened at 1:12 p.m.  The first crash happened almost 12 hours before it but was still being cleaned up as that rollover caused dog food the tractor-trailer was hauling to spill out on the ramp. Sinkhole Closes Route 32 In Bucks County PennDOT crews are repairing a sinkhole on River Road/Route 32, officials say.  According to Tinicum police, River Road is closed from Route 611 (Easton Road) to Bridgeton Hill Road in Nockamixon and Bridgeton townships.  Drivers should use Bridgeton Hill Road/Marienstein Road and Route 611 (Easton Road) instead of Route 32.  Expect traffic slowdowns in the area, officials said.

I-476 Crash Causes Delays In Bucks County: PennDOT Drivers should expect delays following an incident on Interstate 476 in Bucks County, according to officials.  PennDOT said the crash happened around 1:30 p.m. in the northbound lanes between Quakertown and Lansdale.  A lane closure is in effect, they added.
