A pedestrian is in the hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Lititz, Police announced on Thursday, Sept. 25. The pedestrian "who had the right-of-way and was crossing within the crosswalk, was struck by a vehicle making a left turn onto North Cedar Street," the police wrote in the release. The crash happened at the intersection of PA 772/East Main and North Cedar streets in Lititz at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 25, according to the police. A New Jersey man has been arrested in connection with a shooting at a Pennsylvania gentlemen's club that left an innocent bystander with critical injuries, authorities announced on Thursday evening, Aug. 29. Pedro E. Rodriguez, 27, of Trenton, NJ, was identified as the shooter, police had announced on Thursday morning, Aug. 28. Rodriguez and another man fled after the shooting at The Border at 440 S. Two people were killed in separate shootings overnight in Philadelphia, authorities said. Shortly after midnight on Monday, Aug. 26, Philadelphia Police responded to a shooting on the 2500 block of Kensington Avenue, in the 26th District. A 41-year-old woman was located with a gunshot wound to the right arm. The 13-year-old girl who was shot dead in Harrisburg has been identified by her family GoFundMe staff told Daily Voice on Sunday, Aug. 11. One person is in the hospital after their vehicle was struck by a train on Tuesday, July 30, a supervisor with Lancaster County Wide Communication told Daily Voice. The call to the train versus car collision at the railroad crossing in the 2500 block of Horse Road in Upper Leacock Township came into LCWC around 4 p.m. One person in the vehicle was taken to the hospital, and their injuries are reportedly minor. A woman was killed and a man was injured when gunfire rang out in Tacony on Friday, July 19, Philadelphia police said in a release. Crews Respond To Early Morning Fire In Easton
Firefighters were at the scene of a three-alarm blaze in Easton on Friday, July 5. Forks Township fire officials said they were called to Lehigh and South 11th streets around 2 a.m. Dewey Fire Company said they assisted with suppression, search, overhaul, and cleanup and were at the site until 5 a.m. WFMZ reports the blaze spread to multiple apartments and said that one person was taken to the hospital.
