A woman is wanted in Bristol Township for firing shots that shattered a window at the Bucks County Assistance Office, authorities said on Wednesday, Sept. 18. April (Lynette) Campbell Precha, 37, has an active warrant for several felonies including aggravated assault and person not to have a firearm, Bristol Township police said in a press release. Dylan Novak was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and criminal mischief, West Chester police stated in a release on Monday, Sept. 16.
