Man Hospitalized After Lancaster Shooting, Police Say A man was hospitalized after being shot in the torso in Lancaster City, police said on Sunday, Nov. 24. The shooting occurred in the first block of South Mary Street around 4:43 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024, according to Lancaster City police. Officers arrived at the scene and found the injured man, who was taken to the hospital for treatment. He is expected to survive, authorities said. “All parties involved in this incident have been identified,” police stated. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Lancaster City Bureau of Police.

Victims ID'd After Deadly Mass Shooting In Philadelphia The three men who died in the mass shooting in Carroll Park on Sunday, June 21 have been identified by police.  Akil Jones, 33, Rashie Jones, 29, and Sekayi Robinson, 23, died after gunfire rang out at a cookout on the 1200 block of North Alden Street around 2 a.m., according to authorities. The Joneses were brothers, police noted. Five other men and one woman were also shot and hospitalized in stable condition, officials have said.  Multiple groups exchanged gunfire during the shooting, investigators believe. Person Shot After Bizarre Incident Near Franklin & Marshall College: Police A shot person at Lancaster General Hospital told the police a strange story about what happened to them.
