A report of "shots fired" led Lancaster officers to a dying man on Saturday night, according to the bureau. The officers were called to the incident in the 400 block of South Prince Street, Lancaster at approximately 5:28 p.m., Jan. 6, the Bureau detailed in a release later that evening. Two people have been shot and one person has died as a result in Lancaster on Monday, Nov. 28. 29-year-old Luis Sanchez of Lancaster County was identified as the victim by his family around 3:30 p.m. that day, according to a release by the police.
