1 Hospitalized After Hanover Rowhome Fire One person was hospitalized after an early morning fire tore through a rowhome attic in Hanover Borough on Monday, Nov. 4, officials said. The fire broke out in the first block of South Penn Street, near Stock Street. Hanover Area Fire & Rescue crews arrived to find flames pouring from the attic, dispatchers said. Firefighters acted quickly to contain the blaze, while Hanover police secured the scene around 2:30 a.m. One resident of the home was injured and taken to a nearby hospital in Hanover. 2 In 'Serious Condition,' After Second Carbon Monoxide Incident In York County: Fire Officials For the second time in just over two weeks, first responders have been called to a carbon monoxide leak that left someone unconscious in York County.   Hanover Area Fire & Rescue were called to a "carbon monoxide emergency" in the 400 block of Pleasant Street in Hanover Borough at 1:53 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 26, according to a release by 79 Fire Volunteers.
