Part of Interstate 81 has reopened following a crash in Central Pennsylvania, authorities say. An empty tractor-trailer rolled down an embankment on I-81 around 10 a.m. on Monday, July 24, 2023, authorities told Daily Voice. The driver has been hospitalized according to Pennsylvania State Police. The fuel tank of the tractor-trailer ruptured in the crash, state police explained.
