Police Officer Involved In Central PA Crash (Developing) A police officer was involved in a crash that is now being investigated by Pennsylvania state police. “A Swatara Township police officer was involved in a reportable accident at the intersection of 42nd and Derry Street,” at 7:54 a.m. on Wednesday, Apr. 27, according to a release by the department. The state police are investigating the crash per the department’s policy on officer-involved crashes. No injuries were reported, and the crash did not happen while the officer was heading to an emergency. The crash will also be “reviewed internally by the Swatara Township police department.…
