Panera 'Charged Lemonade' Linked To Death Of UPenn Student From Jersey City Suit Settled More than two years after a UPenn student from New Jersey died, her family has settled their wrongful death suit against Panera. The incident occurred at about 6:50 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 2 at Wilson Farm Park near Lee and Wilson roads in the Chesterbrook area of Tredyffrin Township. Police were called to the scene for reports of a missing child. Patrol Car Strikes 5-Year-Old Girl, Philadelphia Police Say A child was hospitalized after being struck by a police car in Southwest Philadelphia on Tuesday night, June 4, authorities say.  A patrol officer hit a 5-year-old girl on the 1600 block of South Ithan Street just before 7:30 p.m., PPD said. She was taken to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and is reportedly in stable condition.  No one else was injured and the crash is under investigation, police said.
