Couple Charged After Allegedly Dining-Dashing At Carlisle Restaurant: Police A couple allegedly left a Carlisle restaurant without paying their bill, Middlesex Township police announced on Sunday, Nov. 24, 2024. Officers responded to a restaurant on the 1400 block of Harrisburg Pike in Carlisle for a reported theft.
