Serious Injuries After Person Pushed Down Stairs Leads To Charges: Manheim Twp. Police
A Lancaster man is facing charges after allegedly pushing a victim down the stairs during an argument, leaving them with serious injuries, Manheim Township police announced on Monday, Nov. 18, 2024.
David Joseph Most, 70, of Lancaster, is accused of aggravated assault and simple assault stemming from the incident on the 700 block of Scotland Court on Sunday, Nov. 17.
The victim told police they were arguing with Most when he pushed them down a staircase. The fall caused injuries to their head, neck, and back, resulting in severe pain and visible bruising, police said. Most reportedly refuse…
