Drunk Driver Crashes Into Tree, Killing Passenger In Bethlehem: Police A Pennsylvania man with a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal limit was arrested for causing a fatal crash that killed his passenger last month, Bethlehem Township police announced on Friday, Feb. 21. Randy Diomar Donato, 32, of Easton, was driving a 2006 Nissan Altima on William Penn Highway near Chipman Road when he lost control and crashed into a tree at 2:07 a.m. on Jan. 5, authorities said. 1 Killed, 1 Hospitalized In Bethlehem Crash, Police Say One driver's dead and another is in the hospital following a crash early on Saturday morning, Oct. 20, Bethlehem Township Police announced.  The "serious' two vehicle happened at the intersection of Freemansburg Avenue and 7th Street in the township at 2:35 a.m., police detailed in the release.
