A tractor-trailer caught on fire along the Pennsylvania Turnpike prompting a detour to be put in place on Tuesday, Oct. 22, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Donna Teeter, 82 of Mechanicsburg had a heart condition that led her to crash, according to Cumberland County Coroner Charles Hall.
