'Armed And Dangerous' Man Arrested After Standoff With PSP Sert A Waynesboro man wanted on multiple charges, including terroristic threats and firearm violations, was arrested following a standoff with law enforcement, police announced on Monday, Nov. 18. Timothy Charles Bickham Jr., 44, was taken into custody at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 17, after surrendering to Pennsylvania State Police Special Emergency Response Team officers at a residence in the 200 block of Hamilton Avenue, according to the Waynesboro Police Department. Denzel Elijah Lamar, 26, of Waynesboro, is accused of stabbing someone in an attempt to kill them in an incident on Hamilton Avenue on April 25 around 3:00 a.m., area police say.
