Fugitive Wanted For Fatal Shooting In Maryland Arrested For High-Speed Chase In Pennsylvania A 19-year-old man from Maryland who was wanted for murder is facing charges in both Pennsylvania and Maryland after fleeing from police. Tyliek Anthony Spence, of Waldorf was wanted by police in Maryland on a warrant for homicide issued by the Circuit Court for Charles County Maryland on July 23.
