Child Rapist Who Killed Harrisburg Man With Hammer, Found Dead In Philly: Police
A convict who cut off his ankle monitor and went on the run after a body was found in his basement on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2022, was found dead in Philadelphia on Thursday, Dec. 8, authorities announced the following day.
