DUI Driver Tries Stealing Victim's Pickup As She Fills Gas Tank At Bucks Sunoco Station: Police A 40-year-old Philadelphia man is accused of stealing a woman's pickup truck while she was filling it up with gas in Bucks County, authorities said. Charles P. Casler was arrested at about 5 p.m. on Aug. 14 after fleeing the incident at a Sunoco station near the intersection of Street Road and Central Ave. in Feasterville, according to Lower Southampton police.
