A foul odor led police to the decomposing body of a 27-year-old man in the trunk of a stolen car in Philadelphia on Wednesday, Sept. 17, authorities announced. Officers from the 22nd District responded to the 2000 block of North Bambrey Street at approximately 9:12 p.m. for a report of a suspicious, unattended Dodge Charger, according to police. A woman's decomposed body was discovered deep in the woods, authorities revealed on Tuesday, April 29. The grim find was made around 2:30 p.m. on Monday, April 28, in a wooded area off Route 176 between the Green Hills and Route 724 exits, according to the Berks County District Attorney’s Office. A gruesome discovery was made inside a construction trailer in Southwest Philadelphia, where human remains were found so severely decomposed that investigators couldn't immediately determine the person's identity. The body was located around 7:07 p.m. on Saturday, March 8, inside a white trailer at the intersection of 51st Street and Grays Avenue.
