Man Engaged In Harrisburg Standoff Appears To Stream It All Live On Facebook A man in Harrisburg involved in a standoff appears to be streaming the whole event in a series of Facebook Live videos (scroll for footage). The standoff at home near the corner of Briggs & North 15th streets began around 6:30 a.m., as Daily Voice previously reported. Daily Voice could not immediately confirm if the videos truly were the man involved in the standoff.
