Gunpoint 'Stranger Rapist' Caught In Philadelphia: Police The man police believe raped and robbed two victims in Philadelphia has been arrested the police announced on Sunday, Oct. 22.  Michael Henry, 30, has been charged with rape, robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault, tampering or fabricating evidence, among 22 charges, according to his latest court docket.  As Daily Voice reported, Henry approached a woman in a car on 55th and Kingsessing Avenue around 3 a.m. on Oct. 13.
