One victim, a 22-year-old, was shot multiple times in the chest, police said. Authorities took him to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center on North 39th Street, where he was pronounced dead at about 10:15 p.m., they wrote. His identity was not given.

The other, also 22, was driven to the hospital in a private vehicle and remains there in critical condition, authorities said.
