A 7-year-old girl was fatally shot in the face inside her Philadelphia home on Sunday, Nov. 3, police said. Officers responded to the incident on the 3800 block of I Street around 2:27 p.m., where they found the girl, later identified as Mia Andujar, with a gunshot wound. Mia was transported to St. Christopher’s Hospital and was pronounced dead at 2:39 p.m., according to authorities. Responding officers secured a firearm found at the scene. Woman Shot, Killed In Philadelphia Home: Police
A 59-year-old woman was killed in a residence in Kensington on Friday afternoon, June 28, said Philadelphia police. The victim was shot on the 3400 block of Crystal Street around 1 p.m. and taken to St. Christopher's Hospital where she died, according to authorities.
