Armed Felon Arrested After Standoff At Adams/York Line: PA State Police (Update) A convicted felon who allegedly threatened a woman with a gun during a domestic incident was arrested after a standoff in York County on Thursday morning, Nov. 7, 2024, Pennsylvania State Police said.
