The collision happened when the driver of a gray Toyota Prius attempted to merge onto Route 15 North from East Winding Hill Road on Saturday, Dec. 7, according to investigators. The Prius struck a blue Chevrolet Sonic during the merge, police detailed in the release. Timothy Hanford, 49, is believed to have fatally shot a woman in a home on the 800 block of Grantham Road in Upper Allen Township before turning the gun on himself, local officials said. Police Say A juvenile plowed through a red light into oncoming traffic, causing a two-vehicle crash that left both drivers with injuries, Upper Allen Township police say.
