Road Rage Man Points Gun At Teens In Harrisburg, State Police Say A road rage incident escalated to the point where a man pulled out a gun and pointed it at a group of teenagers on Dec. 17, 2022, according to a release by the Pennsylvania state police on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2023. The teenagers, a 17-year-old Hershey girl, and two Harrisburg boys, an 18-year-old and a 19-year-old, were in traffic at the intersection of Jonestown Road and Allentown Boulevard when 54-year-old Ronald Lee Baum of Harrisburg pulled out the gun around 2:05 p.m., as detailed in the release.  What led up to the incident was not released.  Baum was charged o…
