A Pennsylvania man was arrested on accusations he harassed and sent vulgar voicemail messages to U.S Representative Madeleine Dean, authorities said. An investigation was initiated on Feb. 11 when Montgomery County detectives were contacted by U.S Capitol police regarding 16 harassing voicemail messages left at the Congresswoman’s Glenside office in Cheltenham Township, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office.
