Seen HIM? PA Fugitive Sought In Wife's Shooting Death Pennsylvania State Police seek the public's help in finding a fugitive -- an avid fisherman suspected of killing his wife. A warrant was secured on Tuesday for the arrest of Richard Walski, 46 of Luzerne County for the murder of his wife, Patricia.  On August 13, after a welfare check, Patricia Walski was foiund dead at their home at 195 Schrader St. in Larksville Borough, state police said at the time. An autopsy determined that the wife was shot in the head and the death was a homicide. Their family dog Yukon, who went missing, was found in the Honey Pot section of Nanticoke City on…
