Authorities said Mateusz Andrzejczuk keyed another man's car at the Westminster Apartments late on May 10, carving anti-semitic and homophobic slurs into the door and trunk.
Police said the incident was caught on video and the damage was estimated at $3,643.22.
Andrzejczuk is also accused of "threatening to put a bullet in his skull," authorities said.
His bail was set at 10 percent of $10,000 and his preliminary hearing is set for June 10, court records show.
