PA Reformed Criminal Killed Riding Bicycle Without Helmet: Coroner A reformed criminal who was riding a bicycle along a Northampton County road struck a vehicle and was killed on Tuesday, Oct. 22, according to authorities. He wasn't wearing a helmet at the time. Dwain S. Englert Sr., 58, of Allentown was riding a bicycle along Pembroke Road at the intersection of Livingston Street in Freemansburg Borough when he struck a vehicle, the Northampton County Coroner's Office said.
