Body Of Missing Edgewater Man, 19, Found At Base of Palisades After Intense Search (Update) The body of a 19-year-old Edgewater man was recovered from the base of the cliff near Rockefeller Lookout on the Palisades Interstate Parkway after police said he was reported missing by his family on Wednesday, Nov. 6. The Palisades Interstate Parkway Police were alerted around 5 p.m. by Edgewater police after a cell phone ping traced the young man’s location to the scenic lookout point in Englewood Cliffs, PIP Police Lt.
