ID Released Of Woman Killed In Head-On Crash On Route 6 In Woodbury (Update) A woman was killed in a head-on crash involving a pickup truck on Route 6 in Orange County, police confirmed.  The crash happened around 5:12 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, in the town of Woodbury, when a Dodge Ram 1500 crossed over the center line and slammed into an oncoming Honda Civic CRX, New York State Police said on Wednesday, May 7.  Investigators say the Dodge Ram, driven by Noely Rafael Vargas, was traveling eastbound when it veered into the westbound lane and hit the Honda head-on. Fatal Crash Closes Route 6 In Woodbury (Developing) A stretch of Route 6 in Orange County is closed following a fatal crash.  The crash happened in Woodbury on Tuesday, May 6 at around 5:45 p.m. on Route 6, according to 511NY.  Both directions of Route 6 are now closed between Route 293 and Long Mountain Circle.  More information about the crash has not yet been released by authorities.  Photos of the crash scene were posted on Instagram by The Monsey Scoop.
